Train with everything at hand
Your own routines, an in-progress workout with Gym Focus mode, personal records and a suggestion for your next set based on your RIR (reps in reserve). The muscle map shows at a glance which muscles you have worked.

Log what you eat
Meal and water diary, a food database, recipes and a barcode scanner. An indicative calorie target, calculated from the data you enter.

Habits, supplements and recap
Tick off your habits and supplements every day, log weight and measurements, and see your weekly, monthly or yearly recap, which you can share as an image.

Your coach, inside the app
Chat, routines, programs and assigned diets, and ratings of your workouts. You decide what you share: measurements, vitals and nutrition each have their own switch, off by default.

Works offline
Log your workout even with no signal in the gym basement: changes are sent to your account when the internet is back.

Your data, under your control
Stored in the European Union, with no ads and no selling of data. Export it as JSON or CSV and delete your account whenever you want, from within the app.

The traffic-light board tells you who is on track and who you should message. And in the same app: chat, routines and programs, diets, private notes, weekly review and a daily summary with numbers.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
TempusCore has a Free plan and two subscription plans, Pro and Max. What each includes and its price are shown in the app before you purchase (taxes included). They are bought and cancelled from your Apple or Google account. More in the terms.
Do I need a coach?
No. You can use it just for yourself. If you have a coach, they invite you with a code and you share what you decide.
Can I try it without an account?
Yes, with guest mode: everything you log is stored only on your phone and we do not receive it. The coach, chat and routine sharing need an account.
What happens to my health data?
We only use it to provide the app's features, with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time. It is stored on servers in the European Union (Germany), is not used for advertising and is not sold. Full details are in the privacy policy.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Whatever you log offline is stored encrypted on your phone and sent to your account when the internet is back.
Which phones is it available on?
It will arrive first on iPhone, through the App Store, on 4 January 2027, in the European Union, Norway and Iceland. The Android version is in preparation.
Does it replace a doctor or a health professional?
No. TempusCore is a support tool: its calculations and notices are indicative, and the app does not interpret your vitals or make diagnoses. If you have any health concern, consult a professional.
How old do I have to be?
At least 16. If you are a coach, 18.
How do I delete my account?
From the app, in Settings. If you cannot sign in, write to us from your account's email address. The steps are on Delete account.
Launches 4 January 2027
Let me know when it's out
TempusCore launches on 4 January 2027. Leave your email and we'll let you know that day.
Controller: Javier Ruiz Villalba (TempusCore). Purpose: to let you know when the app launches and remind you of the founders' offer; two emails at most. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link in each email or by writing to tempuscoreapp@gmail.com. Who processes it: nobody else; our providers keep the list in the European Union (Render and MongoDB Atlas, in Germany) and send the emails (Resend, from Ireland; a US company with safeguards). How long: we delete your email if you don't confirm it within 72 hours or when you unsubscribe, and the whole list on 1 February 2027. Your rights: access, rectification, erasure and the others, and to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). More in the privacy policy.

Founders' offer
One month of Max for free
Create your account in the app before 31 January 2027 and you get one month of the Max plan for free, plus a founder badge. When the month ends it does not renew and you are not charged: you go back to the plan you had.
