Subscriptions

The Pro and Max plans are sold as subscriptions through the App Store (Apple Distribution International Ltd.) and Google Play (Google Commerce Ltd.), which are the sellers; prices are shown in the app with taxes included. Automatic renewal, cancellation, the right of withdrawal (14 days in the EU and the EEA) and refunds: see section 5 of the terms and Apple's or Google's conditions.

Purpose

This website presents the TempusCore application and publishes its legal texts (privacy policy, terms and conditions and this notice), support information and how to delete the account. It has no user accounts and carries out no transactions; the only data it collects is the email of anyone who joins the "Let me know when it's out" list, as explained in the privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The texts, the TempusCore name and the graphic elements of this site and of the application belong to their owner. You may quote and link to these texts freely; you may not reproduce them in full for commercial purposes without permission. App Store is a trademark of Apple Inc. and Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC.

Cookies and browsing data

This site does not use cookies or any tracking technology, its own or third-party, and does not load external resources. It is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.), which, like any web server, records visitors' IP addresses for security and operational purposes under its own privacy policy. The owner does not access or keep those records. The "Let me know when it's out" form only sends your email to our server when you press the button; it uses no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. The demo on the home page (the /demo/ page) is the app itself running in your browser with made-up sample data: it asks you for no data, makes no connections to any server, uses no cookies or local storage and everything you touch is lost when you close it. If you switch between light and dark mode with the button in the header, your browser stores that choice (local-storage key tc-theme) only to remember it on your next visit: it is not a cookie, it cannot identify you and it never leaves your device.

Social media

The Instagram profile @tempuscore belongs to the same operator. How data is processed there (by Meta and by us) is explained in section 12 of the privacy policy. This site only links to the profile: it does not embed Instagram posts or buttons.
